Modern facilities, automated for consistency

Our production lines are automated to minimise human error and ensure consistency in every batch of tablets and capsules produced, backed by dedicated HVAC, compressed air and high-purity water utility systems.

The Process

From formulation to a finished, tested pack

The manufacture of tablets and capsules follows several critical steps, each controlled to ensure quality, efficacy and safety of the final product.

01

Formulation Development

Selecting the active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients that make up each tablet or capsule, designed so the drug releases in a controlled, predictable manner.

Formulation Development
02

Granulation

Raw materials are mixed and processed into granules, giving the mixture the right consistency to be compressed into tablets or filled into hard gelatin capsule shells.

Granulation
03

Compression / Capsule Filling

Granules are compressed into tablets on high-speed tablet presses, or filled into empty hard gelatin capsule shells on semi-automatic capsule filling machines — shape, size and weight are controlled throughout.

04

Coating

Many tablets are coated with a thin polymer-based layer to improve appearance, taste and stability, protecting the tablet from moisture and light and extending its shelf life.

05

Packaging

Once tablets and capsules pass quality control testing, they are packed in blister, Alu-Alu or strip packs to protect them from moisture, light and air through storage and transport.

Packaging
Core Competencies

Packaging engineered to hold up in transit

Once tablets and capsules pass quality control, they are packed to protect them from moisture, light, oxygen and contamination throughout storage and transport. Our packaging lines cover blister, Alu-Alu, strip and fully managed offline packing, each engineered to meet international quality and safety standards.

Blister Packaging

Blister Packaging

Individually sealing each dose in a thermoformed cavity, protecting medication from moisture, oxygen and UV light while offering clear tamper evidence and improved patient compliance.

Alu-Alu Blister Packing

Alu-Alu Blister Packing

World-class Alu-Alu blister packaging engineered to the highest international quality and safety standards, giving an exceptional barrier against moisture, oxygen, light and contaminants.

Strip Packing

Strip Packing

Advanced tablet strip packaging using high-performance materials and precision-engineered technology for secure sealing, superior protection and extended shelf life.

Offline Packing Operations

Offline Packing Operations

Manual and semi-automated packaging support covering inspection, sorting, customised labelling, carton packing, batch coding, leaflet insertion, shrink wrapping and dispatch preparation.

Utility Infrastructure

Systems built to World Health Organization standards

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with dedicated utility systems, including advanced HVAC, compressed air, and high-purity water systems. Each system is designed, operated and monitored to strictly comply with WHO standards, ensuring the highest level of product safety and quality.
